This is more of a "Re-Write" than a revision, some scene changes and some plot holes filled



SCENE ONE - FADE IN:
Ext. - Mysterious building - night

Text on screen: "1:29AM - October 18th, 2010"
Int. - computer room - night

Jake Marshall (2) is sitting at a computer in a dark room
with many other computers with a gun beside the keyboard. He
is typing quickly and is sweating.
INT. - Hallway - night

A group of three T.A.G soldiers in full assault gear are
quietly moving down the hallway, giving each other signs.

Jake continues typing quickly and his eyes are restlessly
moving about the screen. His right hand shaking on the
mouse.

The T.A.G soldiers continue through the hallway and turn
into another hallway with a door at the very end. Suggesting
that Jake is in that room.

Jake continues searching on the computer for something. The
screen reveals that he is on a government site.

The T.A.G soldiers continue down the hallway quietly until
one of them bumps into a bench. They all stop and look at
each other.

Jake quickly turns from the computer and goes back even more
in a hurry. The screen shows a picture of Jake Marshall,
another man with the same name.

JAKE2
(While smiling)
Welcome to my world.

He turns the computer off and takes off.

The T.A.G team gets to the door and slowly makes their way
in. A single bullet goes off and the first one in drops to
the ground. The two others run in quickly behind him with
flashlights looking around frantically. They spot him and
chase him throughout the building until they are eventually
both killed (dramatically).

CUT

SCENE TWO - FADE IN:
ext. - street - day

Text on Screen: "3:15PM - October 21st, 2010"

Cars driving down the street as children walk down the
street from school. Jake Marshall, a crossing guard is
helping children cross the street at a busy intersection. A
group of kids walk by Jake crossing the street.

JAKE
Have a good day guys.

KID
(loudly and rudely)
Bite me.

They all walk away laughing.

JAKE
(Sarcastically laughs to
himself and quickly stops
going to an angry expression)
Mother f-
int. - coffee place - Day

Jake sitting at a table reading a newspaper with a coffee.
He hears a loud yell outside behind him and he turns and
looks at a few kids playing. He spins around and knocks his
coffee on the floor and looks agitated.


INT. - house entrance - day

Jake walks in the front of his house and looks around with a
mixed look of disbelief and happiness. He drops his bag on
the floor and walks towards the Kitchen. He takes a carton
of milk out of the fridge and sits in a chair. He takes a
drink of the milk and a cell phone beep is heard.

Jake picks up his cell phone and looks at a text message
that says, "Can we talk?". He raises one eye brow and
replies, "Phone? Person? When? Where?". He puts the phone
down and suddenly beeps again. Jake looks back down at it.
He picks it back up and it says, "Person, Now, Your House".
Jake sighs and looks around biting the inside of his lip. He
looks back down and responds, "Sure, I'm here now.". He puts
the phone back down and there's a knock at the door. He
looks back down at the phone, then back up, then at the
door, then back into the kitchen.

Jake walks up to the door and opens it and it's Sarah
Delaware almost in tears.

JAKE
Hi Sarah. Something wrong?

She walks in and looks pissed. Jake mouths, "Oh my god." and
he walks back in.

QUICK CUT
int. - living room - day

Jake and Sarah are sitting on the couch a few feet apart as
Sarah rubs her eyes with a Kleenex, holding her glasses in
another hand. Every few seconds she sniffs very loudly and
blows her nose making Jake flinch in the dead silent room.
After a few moments Jake turns to her.

JAKE
You want something to drink?

SARAH
(Sniffs)
No, thank you.

Jake nods and the awkward silence returns.

SARAH
I'm such a idiot.

Jake chortles and Sarah turns her head to him and his face
turns serious.

JAKE
No your not. What happened?

SARAH
(Reluctantly)
I got a bad mark.

JAKE
It can't be that bad, I mean you
are a very smart gir-

She hands him a paper with an F beside a 42% on it.

JAKE
Sweet Mother Mary. That's
absolutely horribl-I mean, it's
not, that bad.

SARAH
It's horrible! I'm an idiot!

JAKE
No your not. Look, we all flunk
once and a while.

SARAH
(Loudly)
No! No! I don't flunk! I do nothing
but study!

JAKE
Okay, calm down.

SARAH
I'm gonna fail now, I spent all of
this time for nothing.

JAKE
You are not going to fail, holy
crap your at the top of the class,
right?

SARAH
Well, yeah...

JAKE
And you did say that this was your
least favorite part of physics
right, this, sub-atomic parti-
what, I can't even read that.
Nevermind, look your a smart girl.
Look at it as a lesson, study the
question and get them right next
time.

SARAH
You think?

JAKE
Sometimes.

SARAH
(Giggles through the tears)
Thanks Jake, you always know how to
cheer me up.

JAKE
I try.

They stare at each other for a moment and Sarah looks away
and puts her glasses back on.

SARAH
You know what I could use right
now. A drink.

JAKE
I'll get my keys.

QUICK CUT

SCENE THREE - TRANSITION:
int. - bar - night

Jake and Sarah sitting at the bar with their drinks, hers
being an enormous Strawberry Daquiri and his being a small
shot glass with rum. They sit there in silence not making
eye contact. Suddenly Kevin Greene puts his arm around them
both.

KEVIN
Yo Jake!

JAKE
What's up Kev?

They exchange a small handshake.

KEVIN
Hey, Sarah.

SARAH
Hey.

KEVIN
What brings you two folks here?

JAKE
Just come for a drink, why not
right?

KEVIN
That's how we do it man, that's how
we do it. So, Sarah, what's up with
you.

SARAH
I failed my Physics test today.

KEVIN
You? Failed? A test? Holy crap,
what happened?

SARAH
Well, first I completely forgot to
study for it, my alarm clock didn't
work so then I barely made it for
the test, and then I forgot my
calculator, so everything was done
in my head.

KEVIN
Sounds rough.

SARAH
Yeah, just a little bit.

KEVIN
Right, look Jake, when are we
hangin' out next?

JAKE
I don't know, I'll let you know.

KEVIN
Okay, because I can't hang out on
the 25th.

JAKE
Why.

KEVIN
I have a court appearance.

JAKE
You have a what?!

KEVIN
Calm down man!

Jake stands up furious.

JAKE
What did you do this time?

KEVIN
Well, I have an assault charge, but
only cause this chinese guy was all
like, "Yo, what are you doin in
this part of town" and I'm like,
"It's my town, son, I go where I
want." Then he was all-

JAKE
Kevin, Kevin! The short form.

KEVIN
I punched him in the face.

JAKE
Smooth.

Jake sits down.

KEVIN
But look, I gotta go guys, I'll
talk to you two later, and don't
worry about failing that test
Sarah, you'll pass the next one!

He runs away.

JAKE
See, I told you.

SARAH
Yeah.

Awkward silence.

JAKE
Check please.

CUT
Ext. - house entrance - night

Jake walks Sarah back to her house and stops at her door.
The outside light is on and it's very quiet in the
neighborhood with sounds of dogs barking and leaves
rustling.

SARAH
Well, I better get to bed. If we
want to hangout tomorrow, I need to
get some sleep.

JAKE
If your alarm clock doesn't work,
I'll just pound on your door until
your awake.

SARAH
Sounds like a plan.

They both laugh.

SARAH
Well, night.

JAKE
Night.

She goes inside quickly and shuts the door. Jake's smile
slowly turns into an unsure stare. He walks out of frame.

CUT
int. - house entrance - night

Jake walks in without unlocking the door. He shuts the door
and locks it and sits down on a chair. He flicks a light on
and goes to relax when he suddenly sits back up and looks
around realizing he didn't unlock the door when he walked
in. He quickly stands up and someone is seen standing in the
doorway of his kitchen. He slowly looks around and sees the
man, and notices he's holding a gun.

JAKE
Shit!

He yells as he dives into the doorway as the man fires an
automatic rifle at him. He leans against the wall and looks
around frantically. The mysterious gunman chases him
throughout the house, when Jake miraculously kills him after
the gunman gets too close to him.

JAKE


Jake notices that the gunman has T.A.G on his vest.

Jake falls back against a wall panting from adrenaline and
shock. He quickly snags his cell phone and dials Sarah's
number. It rings for a few seconds and goes to her answering
machine. He stops the call.

JAKE
Dammit!

He hears a loud bang downstairs and stands up quickly. He
looks around the room and grabs a baseball bat.

JAKE
If this is Kevin's fault, I'm going
to beat him senseless!

Looks down at the dead soldier on his floor. He hears
footsteps coming up the stairs. He makes his way through the
house killing off the soldiers and gets outside to his
driveway.
ext. - driveway - night

Jake gets into his car and takes off.

SCENE FOUR - TRANSITION:
ext. - house (sarah) - night

Text on Screen: "12:35AM - October 21st, 2010"

Jake pulls in the driveway quickly and runs to the door and
bangs loudly on the door.

JAKE
Sarah! Open the god damn door!

Many unlocking sounds are heard and she swings it open.

SARAH
Jake? What's wrong? What the-

Jake forces his way in and slams the door locking it and
looks at the many locks on the door and stumbles trying to
lock them all.

JAKE
Why do you have so many god damn
locks!

SARAH
I like to be safe! What's going
on?!

He spins around to her.

JAKE
Are all the doors locked like this
one?!

SARAH
Yes! What is going on?!

Jake runs to the window and looks out.

JAKE
I don't know why, but someone is
trying to kill me.

SARAH
What?! Who?!

JAKE
I don't know, but whoever they are,
they are a huge fan of the SWAT
team!

SARAH
What do you mean?

Jake turns to her quickly.

JAKE
(Very quickly)
I went home, and the door wasn't
locked, but I always lock my door,
right? Then BAM! Fricken' Rambo
shows up and shoots the place up
trying to kill me! He had like some
automatic rifle thing, and it was
like BOOM BOOM, and now my house is
a mess I just renovated...

Sarah looks terrified now. Jake walks over and puts his
hands on her shoulders.

JAKE
It's okay, we're going to be fine.

SARAH
(Stunned)
Why the hell'd you come here?

JAKE
I wanted to visit the first person
that came to mind.

SARAH
Awh, that's so sweet.

JAKE
I try, look, I-

A loud barrage of gunshots cuts him off as a firing squad
unloads on the entire front of the house. Jake tackles Sarah
to the ground and she screams. Jake quickly rushes her to
the back door and they run out.
Ext. - Various streets - night

They cut through many backyards and streets being shot at
multiple times. They eventually reach a heavily populated
area.
ext. - busy streets - night

The T.A.G soldiers get to a bush seperating the
neighborhoods from the city streets. They all stop not
wanting to be seen in open public.

T.A.G SOLDIER
Sir? Sir?!

BRIAN
(Aggravated)
What?!

T.A.G SOLDIER
Eliminate the target?

BRIAN
No. Go back to the van.

T.A.G SOLDIER
But sir-

BRIAN
That's an order.

The team moves away from the bush and takes off. Brian
stares into the busy streets with an aggravated look and
walks away.

CUT
ext. - hotel - night

Jake and Sarah walking into a hotel.
Int. - Hotel room - night

Jake and Sarah are sitting on seperate beds in silence, both
filled with fear and adrenaline. A long moment of silence
passes.

SARAH
So, why'd you think of me first?

JAKE
Huh?

SARAH
Well, when you came over, you said
I was the first person you thought
of to come see, why?

JAKE
Well, I wanted to make sure you
weren't hurt.

SARAH
Well, Thanks.

JAKE
Anytime.

SCENE FIVE - TRANSITION
ext. - Secret bunker - day - Establishing

Text on screen: "12:30PM - October 19th, 2010"
Int. - secret bunker/hallway - day

Kyle walking down the hallway aggressively passing soldiers
in T.A.G uniforms. He walks through a door and slams it
shut. A man at an office desk looks up with his eyebrow
raised.

KYLE
Are you insane?!

MARRS
Problem, Private?

Kyle looks at his "private area".

KYLE
No I'm fine... What is this I hear
about Jake Marshall?

MARRS
War Crimes.

KYLE
I know that!

MARRS
Then what is your problem?

KYLE
Your going to need more than one
squad to kill him.

MARRS
Excuse me?

KYLE
Jake Marshall is a decorated War
Hero, in both T.A.G and the United
States army! You're sending one
squad!?

MARRS
Are you questioning my judgment?

KYLE
No, sir, I just don't want too many
of our own to get killed on his
behalf.

MARRS
(Anger slowly building)
Let me deal with it.

KYLE
Jake Marshall is a dangerous man,
you can't just send one squad!

MARRS
I would advise you as your
commander to turn and walk through
that door.

KYLE
Sir, I would never question your
judgment, I'm just trying to-

MARRS
(Furious)
Soldier I won't count to three! I
will not count to one! You will get
the fuck out of my office!

Commander Marrs slams a handgun on the table and Kyle
flinches at the sight of it. A moment of silence goes by.

KYLE
Yes, sir.

Jake walks out of the office and shuts the door. Marrs sits
down and goes back to work.
int. - secret bunker/computer room - day

Jake sitting at a computer searching. He gets to a page
called the "A-List" which shows a list of pictures of
dangerous criminals and AWOL soldiers, and he finds Jake
Marshall. He looks at the file and looks at everything he
can. He finds the address and realizes it's in Canada.

KYLE
Canada? Shit...

Jake leans back in his chair and thinks for a moment. He
goes back to the computer when he notices something, and
that the address is a normal house.

KYLE
The hell...

He looks up more information on that house and sees a
picture of the "fake" Jake Marshall.

KYLE
Jake Marshall? That's not him.

Kyle realizes that Jake framed someone else.

KYLE
Shit!

SCENE SEVEN - TRANSITION
Ext. - Outside jake's house - early morning

Text on Screen: "2:15AM - October 21st, 2010"

Kyle walks up to Jake's house and sees the door busted open.
he runs up to the house with his handgun and checks the
house. He notices the body of a T.A.G agent in one of the
rooms.

KYLE
What the hell?

He runs over and checks his pulse. Kyle looks up and smirks.

KYLE
Looks like Jake picked the wrong
Jake.

Kyle gets up and runs out.

SCENE EIGHT - TRANSITION
int. - Hotel lobby - Morning

Text on Screen: "10:30AM - October 21st, 2010"

Jake and Sarah walk out of the elevator and towards the
front desk. Jake and the man/woman at front desk are
speaking as Sarah steps away from Jake examining the lobby.
She fully faces the doorway and sees Kyle (a mysterious man)
walking in with a coat with a T.A.G symbol on it.

SARAH
Jake.

JAKE
(Ignoring her)
One second.

Kyle's coat opens revealing a gun, and Sarah's eyes bulge
out in fear as she tugs on Jake's jacket.

SARAH
Jake!

JAKE
Woman! What is it?!

Jake turns around quickly and Sarah points at Kyle. Kyle
locks eyes with Jake and moves quicker towards him. Jake
notices the T.A.G symbol.

JAKE
Oh, shit. Run!

Jake grabs her arm and takes off down a hallway. Kyle chases
them throughout the hotel. Jake and Sarah eventually get
outside and lose him in traffic. Kyle looks around
frantically and soon puts his gun away.

KYLE
I better find him before Brian
does, or else he's as good as dead.

SCENE SIX - TRANSITION
